I work for Bell, in a call center, it's a horrible job. Can't really quit and find a new one because I have people in my life that I have to, and want to, take care of. But here, the management is poorly educated/trained to say the least, they're insensitive, over-demanding, emotionless, and arrogant. The company itself has almost NO human factor, we're just "bodies" in seats. People are even fired because they don't meet the sales quotas. In essence, the company doesn't care how you treated your customer, as long as you made it quick and got a sale out of it. People here are angry, tired, emotional wrecks. But I doubt anything will change in the near future. It costs too much money to care apparently.

Working in a call center is not as easy as it seems for most people. It requires a large dose of patience and a tremendous amount of hard work.
http://www.hitratesolutions.com

Being a Call center agent is a really though job. I personally admire those who can do night shifts because it really is hard working at night. But they still manage to work professionally. They are very dedicated call center agents.
