One thing I love in outsourcing is the chance to travel around the world.  I’ve done it twice and now I am going to leave again for training.

It is each employee’s dream to be flown to another country, state or any city other than the place they currently live in, all expenses paid.  This industry definitely offers it.  If you gain upper management’s trust and the client pays for the trip, then off you go.  Benefits, benefits!  Oh yes, it is wonderful to be picked.

The usual reason one travels would be for training.  The client prefers to send their vendor’s employees to their site and train there under their supervision.  It could either be your employer’s expense or the client’s.  We would rather have them spend of course so that the company would just have to worry about living expenses during the duration.

Let’s fly away!  Not only do you learn new lessons and experience an an adventure, you gain friends and maintain a very good client relationship.
