A lot of us who are in the Asia Pacific region handling American accounts usually work at night.  This has been the case for years and it is good news to all nocturnals such as myself.  This is why I joined the industry. 

But, just recently there are countries that are outsourcing to their neighbors.  Australia and New Zealand has started just a year or two recently.  We have Singapore looking around as well.  What does this mean to the rest of the workforce?  DAY SHIFT! Yes, normal working hours.  Believe it or not, but there are a lot of agents interested in applying to programs that would mean sleeping at night, not working during that shift.

The industry has now emerged and expanded.  It isn’t just for nightwalkers but for those who want to live a “NORMAL” life. Hello to traffic though!
