It is interesting to note that there is still interest amongst the “virgins” to apply for a job in the industry, despite of the negativity tied to it.
I received an email from someone who is motivated to enter the call center industry. It is obvious she is willing to learn the ropes. This brought me to think that we really need to offer more courses out there. Though there are a lot of training centers offering them, it is either too expensive or there is a training bond tied to it. I heard the government was tying up with some companies but wasn’t sure if it was a good thing and I don’t have any details. Perhaps you can email me and give me some details so I can share it to our fellow readers.
We SERIOUSLY need to train more people. I hope training organizations see it fit to offer basic courses and make their prices more reasonable to help the industry. We all know that the market for competent people is saturated. Why don’t we just help others learn so that we can get more business in the long run?
What say you?
