I’ve been meaning to change the categories and organize the Call Center Script blog website, but I’ve had the challenge of ensuring I don’t delete any of the previous posts. Perhaps all I need is to move some that have minimal content and place it into sub-categories.
I’ve been very busy with my new responsibilities and going through the transition of getting back to my team and leave my special assignment. It is a big shoe to fill but I’m ready for the challenge. Writing for Call Center Script along with the research, reading and expanding my network has given me the chance to implement and get feedback on some strategies. The ideas are just flowing like crazy, which sometimes make me feel I’m over loaded with information (that ain’t a new feeling though). Here are some of the stuff that I’ve been writing about:
