Today is a good day to start an advice column for call center people out there. Most of us think that our life is only our job in the call center industry. Well…not entirely. I guess the point here is that you have a lot to vent about and since we are part of a younger generation, a lot of questions crop into our heads.
Either we are confused about asking that well deserved promotion, not understanding the process in your call center, dealing with a lover who works in the same company (or even the same account) or just really happy with your career right now, I’m here to listen to you and offer some advice. As I read your emails, I will create my categories as everything progresses.
Like other advice columnists, I don’t claim to be an expert but one thing for sure is that I’m here to listen and help you get those questions answered.
