QUESTION: “Hi! I’m a newbie to the call center industry. I’ve read an ad hiring for a home-based csr and it caught my interest because im a single parent with a 16 month old baby. I want to earn from home and at the same time take care of my baby. Can you give me some advice on where to start? I’m planning to enroll this coming May to a call training career workshop after that what. Thank you for taking time reading my email.” – Liz
Welcome to the world of home based call centers Liz! It’s exciting, new in the country and definitely a perfect fit for you. So, what is next? Usually a lot of training organizations are connected to call centers that will hire you after you graduate. Check first with the company who is conducting the workshop. If not, then you can talk to the facilitator – I’m sure he has his connections.
That’s it! It’s fairly easy. My only advice is to take your training seriously since you are new to the industry. This is going to be your stepping stone to success. All you need to next is log-in, talk to the person on the other line and you will be paid.
