I’ve been doing some cleaning in the blog to prepare for more content.  If you were here in the past, you would have noticed it is cleaner and brighter.  The previous blog’s theme used to have dark colors and it didn’t feel inviting to readers.  It also looked very amateurish.

So here it is! The new and improved Call Center Blurbs.  It looks squeaky clean. It still needs a few minor changes and right now I am working on cleaning up the categories and adding some tags to each post (past & future).

The discussion forum was a nightmare!  It looked like someone trashed it and started posting using Wingdings.  Some links were changed and though some links have old posts, I felt I should keep it in the list as reference to new readers.

I will be adding an excerpt (just a few sentences) of my posts from Call Center Script with its original dates within the blog.  Just enough to bring you to the blog site and read more of my articles and my co-author’s posts as well.  My goal is for you to get a chance to read past articles that may be helpful to you.
