		<description>Isn't this a great video? I've loved it ever since I discovered it! Kudos both to ICMI for holding the contest and to HotTopic for showcasing their internal approach to providing stellar customer service. I'm always impressed when organizations take the approach of valuing their employees' experience over the cheesy (and sometimes demoralizing) "the customer is always right" attitude.</description>
