With so much content out there being written by other call center bloggers, I decided to create a blog carnival to present their thoughts on the industry.

A blog carnival you say? Yes, the Call Center Blurbs carnival will be a collection of links that point to articles written by bloggers on call centers and business process outsourcing.

What’s great about this is that anyone can submit their blog post (usually just the permalink) so that it can be included in each edition. Think about it as being a contributor in a magazine, in this case, the Call Center Blurbs Carnival.

Each edition will normally have a theme in place but I’ll start it probably after a few editions.  I want to get a feel of what is being submitted and take it from there.

Is there a deadline when submitting your posts?  Yes.  I intend to post each edition twice a month so the cut-off is every 2nd & 4th Friday.  Expect it to be published on the Monday after the deadline.

That’s all to it.  If you want to start sharing, all you need is to head on to the submission page.  The first one will come out on the 16th of November so you have time.

Oh wait.  There’s one more thing.  Eventually I will be accepting hosts to the carnival.  What this means is that you can post an edition (or issue) in your own blog.  I’ll post a follow up post on the guidelines when it happens.
