Call Center Advice Column

Okay, I’ve been getting more emails lately and they’ve been asking advice.  This is a good sign.  Thanks to all of those who have been writing.  I will do my best in giving you as much knowledge as possible. 

I’ve decided.  I will add more stuff on this blog and focus on getting an advice column here.  I might be able to start a new one though and make it separate.  It’s up to my readers whether they want to learn a little bit more about the call center in general and search some articles or to make it faster, you can just send me an email (callcenterph@gmail.com) and I will answer them and post it in my blog.  

You’re thinking, "But, my issue is private to me, so I would rather be answered personally through email."  Good point.  But, I’m sure that whatever you’re going through right now can benefit more people because it might be the same.  But, of course, I will not mention your name nor email address either.  I will make sure that your contact info is kept confidential.  

This can start from just one letter or post but can also become a series.  If you decide to keep writing, then I can post it as a series as well.

Start sending those questions and I will do my best to answer everything. Seriously.  You know why? Because I love to receive letters, help out anyone in need and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE WRITING.
