Wow!  A staggering 11,000 visitors for the month of February!  Call Center Script has had about 24,000 page views, thanks to the great marketing team of KnowMoreMedia and the audience who stops by to read an article or two.

The good news is that we are gaining ground on getting more visitors daily, both from newbies, researchers and current call center personnel in the world.  Comments have been increasing as well, which means people are sticking and interested in staying to find out what the latest is in the industry.

I’m so grateful for Tim Stay and Dan Smith who gave me this opportunity a month ago.  I will keep on writing because I have the passion to share my ideas and know that there are people out there who is interested in reading and giving their opinions my posts.
